Terms and Conditions

Payment:

a. Payment for eSim hardware with multi-network connectivity profile is required 100% in advance along with a Purchase Order (PO) made in the name of Intalia Technologies Pvt Ltd. b. Standard delivery of the hardware will be made within 3-4 weeks upon receipt of the PO and payment confirmation.

Activation:

a. Activation of eSIM numbers will require a minimum of 72 hours and a maximum of 4 IPs/URLs for data and 4 mobile numbers will be whitelisted for data and SMS, as per M2M guidelines. b. Payment for activation is required 100% in advance.

Additional IP/URL Configuration:

a. Any additional IP/URL configuration required for specific customers/servers will be charged separately. b. Configuration of a new additional Access Point Name (APN) on the BSNL network will incur a charge as per actual .

Delivery:

a. Ex-stock delivery will be made within 5 working days, subject to stock availability. b. Standard delivery will be made within 4 weeks upon receipt of the PO and payment confirmation.

MSISDN and SIM Card:

a. If an MSISDN linked with a SIM card is not activated into commercial subscription within 90 days after the expiry of the pre-agreed validity period, the card shall be permanently disabled.

Changes in Regulations and Pricing:

Any changes in regulations, government orders, or pricing by the Telecommunications Service Provider (TSP) will be applicable as per actual. *Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change and should be reviewed regularly.
