Our team will assess the situation and, if eligible, process a refund to the original payment method. b. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your eSIM purchase before integrating with device and activation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate the cancellation request if it is made within 24 hours of the purchase. However, please note that once the eSIM is activated, cancellations are not possible. c. Refunds or cancellations will not be provided for eSIM activations that have been used for any communication or data transfer. Once any activity has been initiated using the eSIM profile, it will be considered as utilized and non-refundable.
